We provide win-win solutions for homeowners to get out of their sticky situations… like foreclosure, owning a burdensome property, probate, divorce, or anything else. At ABL Houses, we focus on providing you with a solution to your situation so you can continue to do the things you love.
For years the only option for most house sellers has been to list it on the market, try to sell it yourself, or hold onto it hoping the problem will go away. Years ago we saw the gap in the local market for all of the property owners who don’t want to (or can’t) sell through the traditional route with a real estate agent.
About Brian and Sarlea
ABL Houses is a husband and wife team of real estate investors and we have been around the real estate industry for years. We bought our first investment property several years ago and haven’t looked back since. We love the Bay Area and the surrounding areas that we also call home. We started ABL Houses because we wanted to be a resource that provides an option for property owners to solve their real estate problems fast.
Brian has been around the real estate industry since 1997. He’s taken real estate courses from real estate ethics to protecting homeowners. He has a great depth of real estate knowledge and can always be counted on when you need real estate advice. You can ask him anything!
Sarlea has worked in the residential loan service industry for many years and loves to assist people to find solutions to whatever problems they may have. She works as a loan officer to guide borrowers towards their goal of homeownership. She is detail-oriented and loves to see a plan go from beginning to end.
Their mission is to provide excellent customer service for clients that need to sell their properties the non-traditional way. We are dedicated to being transparent and communicative through the entire process. We are committed to being of service to you. And even if we can’t, we want to make sure that we can direct you in the right direction.
